A platform for nonprofits, funders, and communities to reflect on shared learning, alignment, and the work of changing systems together.

Much of the most important work happens in between—between organizations, between strategies, between intention and impact. This is a place to notice it, name it, and learn together.
We are often resourced to act, but not structured to work together.
Nonprofits, funders, and communities are doing meaningful work—often in parallel. Learning happens in silos. Alignment is assumed rather than built. Systems stay largely unchanged.
The Work Between exists to make that middle visible: the shared learning, coordination, and relationship-building that real change requires.

Convenings and facilitated dialogue.
Some ideas need more than a comment thread.
The Conversation brings people together across roles and perspectives to talk honestly about shared challenges, tensions, and possibilities—especially where collaboration feels necessary but unclear.
